I know that it doesn’t make sense. I cited the issue of GRM if you want to check it out (assuming that you are like me and would never throw away a copy of GRM).
The explanation probably lies somewhere in the endless number of variables introduced in real world testing.
But don’t think about it too long or your head will start to hurt (and eventually explode).
