Not to be pedantic, but Nelson Mandela was going to die at some point. The man should and certainly has been celebrated, no one can argue that, but I'm kinda hoping anyone impacted by him is aware that his time was coming sooner than later, ya know? I get when someone's life (and death) means something to someone, but to get into a discussion about one over another really also needs to include the hundreds (thousands?) who've died in the last two weeks as well. What about them? Are they truly any worse?

I tend to not get into such pissing contests and instead just stick to the moment(s) that matter on a personal level while trying not to piss on someone else's.
