Sorry, I do not own the FI exhaust, have heard it twice now on two difference cars and know it increases the volume and adds some low decibels. And even then it's not really a negative... I am just not going to be fluffy about everything. It's a bit of an issue because my SO has very sensitive hearing... the only real reason it bothers me is because I know it's bothering her. When I drive to work, there really isn't a problem because I'm by myself and I just love it. And I've said that... this car sounds badass with the 18" CBE. 4.6L Cobra + F355 = Heaven.
It's just that people are really quick to take my [very informative] posts and twist them whichever way they want. I just want to make sure I cover both sides of the story. I love Tony and love what he's done for us but I'm NOT going to give you all a bunch of fluff... I tell it like it is so people can make informed decisions.
I had to bitch at some nannies in the other thread because they think I'm complaining about the exhaust. Heck no. I love this exhaust and I love my car. It sucks that my SO is bothered by it but we have a Benz so we will just take that on trips. It's quiet.
Oh wait, it's not. I installed exhaust on that one, too. **** yeah.
Seriously, though, I'm going to buy another car and LEAVE IT ALONE so when we need to be quiet we can be. But really, all the haters who think I'm complaining about this can
It annoys me at times but damnit I still love it. Your wives annoy you guys at times but you still love them, right? They bitch you out and make you feel like the smallest little piece of **** on the planet at times, but then they can turn it around and light your world on fire in the bedroom.
