so im asking the store if there's anything they can do to help me with my dumbarse clumsy-ness.
these smaller cameras should not come with a full neck strap... they're too light and you dont grab the housing like you'd do a dslr. the strap gets caught on something just enough for the camera to slip out of your hand and fall.
