I can imagine that the refund is hard to process, to be honest it seems that recently everything with GTM is hard to process, for instance I've tried to communicate via emails and PMs for weeks now, wanted to get some advice and buy some stuff. I run my own business and I definitely see the serious lack of proper client service in this case. My advice - take care about online communication or leave this sale channel because soon you may ruin your reputation here. You may have great products but people definitely choose the vendor who delivers much more comfortable customer experience, e.g. F.I or BoostedPerformance.
