Nav version makes that really difficult in that the head unit has most of the functions of the car HVAC integrated.
I just couldn't settle for the base or sport version after I'd seen the Navi/Touring Sport model.

I had nav in my heart from the start, even looking at the 2014 Mustang and a 2013 Toyota Avalon. I do agree that the stereo will need new speakers, I like to crank it to 11 and the sound it just not there. Very odd considering it has Bose in it.
