First off OP, good luck with the sale.  It may take a while, but patience is a virtue. So is the art of compromise.
Just realize that prices are all over the place. To reply to takjak2 - I got my four Nismo rims with TPMS and brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sports for $1,800 shipped. It comes down to what a seller is willing to take and a buyer is willing to pay on any given day.
You'll know pretty quickly what the current market is, so just be patient.
