Once you take the OEM headunit out (which can be done less than five minutes),
you will see two connecting cables.
Pull those two cables out.
This unit is pre-wired so you just plug those two cables into this HU, then put everything back in.

Done!!
No cuts, no wiring yourself.
Only plug-n-play.

Bluetooth is all wired and setup as built-in.
Mine does come with microphone that you could set it up at your windshield easily with two sided tape.

Done!!

I had roadster and even with top down, the other side did not hear much of wind noise. It is pretty good.

It does have back-up camera option.
But I didn't have any camera to use it so I don't know how that works.

Also, it does come with iphone connector which is usually extra.
It will charge and play music from your iphone or ipod.

Whole process to take everything out and put back in should take about fifteen minutes at the most.

Very easy, nothing technical.

When you say bluetooth compatible, does that mean I have to buy some other stuff to use this option?

Does this have option to add a rear backup camera?
