KW V2 vs V3 is the same technology, just different features.

It comes down to whether you want:
- V2 rebound adjustability or
- V3 rebound and dampening adjustability (you're correct on just the low-speed part)

P.S. KW's own site said: The “reservoir” on a V3 is not the same as a “reservoir” on one of KW’s 3-way race shocks. There is no adjustment, or performance advantage of the “reservoir” on a V3.
