Niece-mo. The "Ni" in "NISMO" should be pronounced the same way you say the "Ni" in "Nissan".

People understand both, so I suppose it's not that important. In the UK people pronounce Nissan with a short i, in the U.S., people pronounce it with a "nee". I don't expect it to be perfectly universal. Watching English-speakers agonize over Asian transliterations gets old.
