I have heard that some people have had their CSC covered under warranty, but as stated earlier it all boils down to the dealership. Another thing is that the individuals had the option to have the dealership replace the CSC, or they could go with an aftermarket CSC & clutch and the dealership would install at no additional cost. If the individual went with aftermarket clutch or CSC, the individual would have to pay for it out of their own pocket. If the dealership is going to drop the tranny, then why not go ahead and replace the clutch with an aftermarket one. The main key is if you are going to replace the clutch is that you have the funds to do so.
