I put them in a box one at a time in indirect heat. Make sure the heat is not blowing directly on the lens of the headlights. Have it blow across the top of the head light by several inches. You need plenty of room at the top of the box for the air stream to pass over the light. I set a timer for 20 minutes. It was the perfect amount of time for the headlights sealant to be pliable. I had no problem taking it apart and I did not break anything.
