Scanning through the Wheel & Tire section of the '09 FSM, I see no mention of repairing the valve stem. And the drawing on page WT-96 doesn't look like the stem is threaded into the transmitter. So I'm guessing no.

I agree with kensnismo, just about any tire shop should be able to tell you for sure. If you call Nissan, they will probably tell you no, even if it can be replaced.
