I am always stressing that to my dad and friends with an "office/desk job" that they really need to be getting there exercise! No joke!
My job I could probably get away without it a lot of days but I do it anyway

It is all about getting that blood flowing. No matter how you do it. As long as you get that heart rate up for at least 20 mins 3-4 times a week you will live much healthier life
