I prefer Irish whiskey, personally. A bit drier than Scottish whiskey, maybe?

Jameson's is usually what I drink when I dip into whiskey (being more of a vodka man for whatever reason, by nature), but on a budget, I'll take Tullamore Dew.

Like H. Thompson, I also dig Wild Turkey, (but only now and then...

).
