the first one after born is the
holy one, since the baby was still taking
food from the mom before born, therefore the first poop is fully loaded...
when I first saw that I almost yell
"holy sh!t" 
then the 2nd one and after are more normal
"size/portion"
the interesting thing it... you won't feel disgusting... at least for me...
maybe because it is your own baby/kid....
I think that's parenthood...
