that's drivetrain noise probably. you need to give it a touch of throttle when you gently engage the next gear during an upshift.

like tossing a water balloon up in the air and catching it while you raise your hands and match speed with the balloon to catch it without it breaking. you need to give the flywheel some momentum. otherwise your flywheel is too slow when your clutch catches the next gear. then you hear that clank.
