Exactly what it says on the tin. You receive one 2 month-old, pristine billet aluminum 92mm supercharger pulley.

Normally I'd post a picture but this is a weird enough part that I figure I'd better start to try to sell it now than later. I have an 88mm pulley shipping from GTM today/tomorrow so as soon as I get to remove the 92 and install the 88, I will ship.
