When I was drag racing, half of the time I couldn't get my car into second gear. Common problem. I think it's a synchro defect/weekness. I decided to go to a friendly Niss. dealer who let me power shift second. He saw my problem & submitted it to his boss then to Nissan corp.
Two weeks later, my car received a new transmission. Trans. & labor covered by the warranty. Good idea to tip
