Basically if you don't live in Massachusetts or Illinois you can record the event of you being pulled over and subsequent conversation, issuance of ticket, warning, etc. If you don't live in the aforementioned states and they ask you to stop recording you can assert your RIGHT and respectfully decline and state the appropriate statute.

Back on topic, this item looks to be promising, I really like the auto on in case of sudden collision or jarring from theft. Nice job!
