1) First it's it style, although it's been 20+ years since its first release, its styling still catch many many people eyes when seeing one on the street.

2) The engine, although VTEC or variable timing is nothing new to modern technology, the NSX is the first production car equipped with performance tuned VTEC engine. Don't forget, the NSX VTEC can rev all the way up to 8000rpm... and we are talking about an engine from 20+ years ago.

3) The design and material being used on the chassis. Its chassis is aluminum monocoque, forged aluminum suspension. Plus the aluminum body.

4) The layout, mid-engine-rearwheel-drive, that means the most balanced and ideal layout for sports car, and the most to have fun with. And it is very difficult to find a modern sports car with this MR layout besides Ferrari and Lamborghini.

5) Value, its value is always there.
