Default Low oil pressure indicator light after oil change GTM SC Stage 1

  • GTM Oil Cooler Supplement
  • GTM Oil Filter Adapter Kit
  • OEM Nissan Filter

I changed my oil and the oil filter adapter screw came out of the oil filter relocation housing when I spun off the oil filter. I screwed it back in and changed the oil as usual.

When I started the car, the oil indicator light never goes off. The adapter screw is completely threaded, but there is a short and a long end of threads. Does anyone know the correct orientation?

Does the short or long end thread into the relocation housing? Picture below with an arrow pointing at the adapter screw.

I have already done another complete oil change with a new filter and the light still stays on. The oil pressure switch appears to be fine. There is a single brown wire going to the sensor and it is intact.

Never had this much grief from a simple oil change
