Nope. On long exposures, as long as there is no direct light shining on you and you move quick enough, the camera wont see you.
The aperture on the lens is so small that the sensor on the camera needs more time to "collect" light in order to get a clear image of the subject. So if you are not a source of light and are moving, you are invisible!
Of course, there are a lot of factors affecting the result, but you get the idea.
