The 'skin dust' on the doors I get off with a shop-vac. Actually most things come off with a strong vacuum. Just be careful that the hose attachment on your vacuum is smooth. If it is scraped up (like my old shop-vac) it could snag the cloth as you drag it across the skin cell repository. Just put masking tape on the edge to make it smooth if needed.

For anything that the vacuum doesn't get out, I use foaming Resolve, let it sit for a while then wipe clean. There are special car fabric cleaners, but IMO they don't work any better than Resolve
