This ******* whipped in almost hitting the poorly parked VW. Watched it all happen.

He thought his spot was going to be taken by some friends of ours that drove by and we waved and they slowed.

His GF could barely get out and they just walked off without even looking.

Then they came back and looked (then I snapped this pic) and walked off again.
