.....There are a ton of people here who have said how intrusive the VDC is and that's why they turn it off...News flash for these guys...It's your driving that's the problem, NOT the VDC. If you're smooth it will never get in your way. Fast is not a problem either so that's not an excuse to turn it off.
Erratic inputs, treating the throttle like an On/Off switch, poor chassis set-up etc. will all trigger VDC. We've heard lots of those stories here and you'll hear the same in pretty much any car forum you visit. First practice "Smooth", then work on the "Fast". Combine the two, avoid the "stupid" threshold, and the VDC light will rarely, if ever, light up your Dash.....

I never turn it off cause it doesn't matter.....but then again I don't do any "Hey, watch this!" stunts (even though I do live in North Carolina...:-)
