Post, and only one, but the heater circuit codes usually mean the sensors are toast.

Random thing for me -- but there was clearly exposed wire on the sensor. replaced the sensor, problem solved.

On a related note, do you have defoulers for your secondary O2's or have you tried the steel wool trick(or both). In the end, for me, having that SES code disabled with uprev was the only solution for post cat codes (other than the heater one that is)..
