Lime Creek is great fun and very close to me, but not exactly on my way to work.

On my daily route I can take Old Spicewood Springs Rd and FM 2222, but the traffic usually makes it not worth it on the weekdays Old Spicewood is a nice leisurely cruise at 35 mph with a good number of curves and low water crossings (never drive that route in the rain or after a heavy rain). FM 2222 is a short run but has good speed at 45 mph speed limit and a pretty significant elevation change
