yah, i would remove any loose plastic on that scratch, and then spot bond. sand it down smooth so that the surface is even and flat. the paint will show all imperfection.

you might be able to polish out the white pointy mark on the corner pict.

since it's low to the ground, i think it can turn out clean. our biggest concern will be the even transition of clearcoat. that is tough to do.
