I make mid 100's plus another +25% in benefits and the best 401k and pension program in the world, but it took a degree in engineering at a top nationally ranked school, and 20 years of experience, hard work to get there, I've probably spent 3 years on business travel, some of which is great, most of which is not. Most of the time, frankly, my compensation seems like much too little, less than I deserve, considering executives make over 100X more than me.
