A 2-1 downshift is done at a few miles per hour, usually while in traffic. I can't even imagine a 20 MPH downshift.

I thought about it this morning, I guess I
did downshift 2-1, but you're right it was done at maybe 1-2mph. I was almost stopped.
I don't think that counts.
