Oh man, I made up for the lost time last night at work! I was like a tornado that rolled through the place lol I think I had a 30 second response time after a "fix-it" ticket came in lol. One service ticket took me 15 minutes (with 3 people calling me with other issues at the same time). The lady in the emergency room I was servicing said "you are going to end up in here with me thinking you are having a heart attack." cracked me up lol
