I am GREAT after being sick for DAYS! I usually just work through feeling like crap with the theory I can feel like crap at home or I can feel like crap at work and get things done...this time it put me out of commission. I hated it lol.
The other crappy part is I signed up for a competition at work that we have to walk between 10,000 and 20,000 steps a day... I walked 18K the first day and the "made in China" pedometer stopped working last night after I put in 6 miles for the day
