you dont pound out metal using PDR. that would be the last thing i would do unless im using the knockdown tool to gently tap down high spots.

you can PDR plastic pieces, but if the bend is sharp (like from that lift above) there's only limited amount of dent removal you can do with PDR. might be best to get it spot bondo'ed and painted, or just get new rockers entirely.
