I think everyone is already offering their advice it up to you to deliver and update us if you wish to. on the grammar front, I'll be the last person to correct anyone, but from your previous posts it take 3 times longer to read it and understand...
i feel old as 26 years old dude....
I think at this point let the insurance deal with it is the best chance, if you its her fault its her fault. you can never trust people who just crash their car and try to say anything just to get out of that moment.
