First, the space isn't even remotely close to being compliant. The cross slope is over 10% (2% maximum is allowed), the access aisle is only 4' wide (it is required to be 8' wide in this particular case), and the sign doesn't comply.
Second, the lot has less than 10 spaces total and gets full quite often. Since I'm always the first one at the office in morning, I park here so that no one is opening their car door downhill into the Z and also to control the spacing of the four spaces on this side of the lot. I make sure to use the access aisle when parking to give more room to all of the other spaces. And in case you're wondering, I pull up that far because there are trash and recycle bins stored by the curb that I wouldn't want falling into the Z. Since they're on a slope, a strong gust of wind or an animal pushing on them can knock them over when empty.
