the guy here on the forum said that 274wTQ was too high , he probably meant that the dyno read high because 274wtq is more than what we usually see from a fully modded VHR engine.
I did mentioned that you were pretty much spot on with your mod at 299whp. but I can see the 274 being a little bit high than average. its also depend on
your setup. so don't feel bad.
as an example here on my dyno sheet , the only way I could be at over 275wtq was using a lower gear on a dynapack.
I proved this dynapack to be within 1% read(higher) from a dynojet a couple hours prior during that day.
in average the guys get like 265wtq *peak*
it will be different when someone is using a different intake manifold like the M370 since it shift the TQ down by like 300-400rpm which gives a small Tq gain in mid-range.
due to longer intake runners.
Edit;
Also keep in mind about the SAE Vs STD dyno reading . STD being higher.
this dynosheet is in SAE.

Well, I'm not an official Pro Tuner, but I tuned a few different cars and I never tried this. Nissan made an update and it finish with an higher letter.
as example on my VHR ECU they made 1 update.
1EA4
B / 1EA4

they have several different Rom per year and some has update.
As long as you stay within what your ECU accept . there will be no problem.
All I know is I think you cant flash a rom with a complete different serial.
depending on the serial you have. I remember at one point where my VHR was the primary and I wanted to flash my HR Ecu . it just didn't work. Wrong system file, something like this.
