Well its sitting even left to right and the bar can sit even when swung up to the end links, zero tension. Personally I'd see no use of an endlink unless I wanted to raise or drop the height of the ends of the bar which would raise or lower where the front of the bar sits. To me I don't see how that'd do anything.
I did install the bar both ways. Once on one side then flipped upside down. The first pic I believe the bar is installed upside down. The ends at the links are very high and the front part of the bar is sitting high also up past the oil pan. The second and third pic the bars flipped. The ends at the links are lower and the front of the bar now sit even with the oil pan.
