Depends on the bike. But I would say most 600s are tougher to ride than 650s. Most companies make their 600s their full on sport bike because the race classes are limited to 600cc. The 650 bikes are usually built as more sport tourers, so not as tough a suspension or agressive seating angle and throttle map(my 600 revs to 16k rpm). The throttle is definitely a lot more sensitive on a 600. As long as you are careful on a 600 it is fine though, just respect the bike while you are getting used to it. Not going to lie, ive def run with some 500hp(crank) cars without too much of an issue so they are def no slouch either though.
