I was forced to watch this in a new employee training session years ago. The best thing I can say about it is that if it has lead to something positive for you, great. I fall on the side of "it's complete bs that was made to get $20 out of people unhappy with their lives". I'm glad you watched it on Netflix and didn't pay for it.
