well, I was being a smart azz in my head and thinking...wha?!? no way! they banned guns in DC, how can this have happenend? they aren't supposed to have guns there.
but that is in sensitive and borderline mean seing as how several people have lost thier lives. just makes me crazy thinking all those people and no way to protect themselves...
