haha, i would not want to live in a desert.
power outage in my area is very rare because i live in a newer community where most all of the power lines in our grid are underground.
maybe once every 3-4yrs we get a power outage.
when we had this huge storm 2yrs ago the older side of our village was hit hard and took 2wks to restore power as their community still uses over head power.
