Just for clarification...that is NOT a Z1 product (I know bc I worked there). It is actually a part from ZSPEED Performance (Joe Allison). Just want to make sure credit is given where credit is due.
Check out TimeAttackForums.com. These guys are hard core track guys who build a fair amount of their own aero parts. Dybond, thin SS or aluminum, plywood....they use it all. There was a guy who built an entire aluminum undertray setup like this for his Evo. Front to back it was 5~6 pieces with an integrated diffuser.
Dybond is an awesome product. But be careful around the exhaust sections. Dybond would be OK for the sides, but I would not use it to cover the trans tunnel or close to the diff/exhaust.
