After hammering it a bit on the track yesterday I'm grinding hard into 5th. Dealer is going to swap it no questions asked (in warranty). I drive an 09 with 42k miles. (I have a Nissan certified pre owned warranty that takes me out to 100k in drive-train  )
I can't wait to drive my new tranny Friday 
I'm disappointed that I have to swap trannys at 42k, but the previous owner seemed to be a pretty poor driver (by condition of gearbox and clutch)
Now I will have a new gearbox to go with my JWT clutch/flywheel and my Quaife diff. now that I think about it, I have pretty much a completely new drive-train the only un-swapped element is the right stub axle and my carbon drive-shaft.
