Up-date. Got it fixed.
Self-inflicted problem.
When I installed phunks road race fuel pump. On one of the fuel hoses. I put the hose clamp too low on the fitting. This allowed the hose to slip off of the fitting over a period of time.
I would like to thank phunk for all of his help in getting this straighten out.
