Yumm, 8 lb spaghetti squash baked at 375° for 90 minutes, combined with 1.5 lbs 98% fat free ground turkey, 12-16 ounces mixed sliced mushrooms a 32 oz jar of pasta sauce and a big bag of fresh spinach thrown in for good measure.
