Check and recheck all couplers. Those things can be a pain sometimes. Wish they were made differently. As a good friend suggested after you check the bands making sure there straight and tight put another nut (jam nut) behind the nylon nut (which is normally only good for one use), which will keep it from backing off. Also try not butting up the two connecting pies within the coupler.

They make boost clamps, but there like $30 each. They work perfect.
