Link is not working for me but im guessing it is the Tamon kit, that is the only one I know of that cost over 20k USD. I actually like it but not for the price. Plus the exhaust for the kit is sick LFA style. Here is a video of it Tamon Exhaust There is a video of one driving on the streets too but I cant find it on my work PC due to restrictions.
