The vehicle the other dealership has with 700 miles could have been a demo or a vehicle they sold and came back (as in, the dealership couldn't get them approved for a loan, so the customer had to bring the car back)...in either case, unless if they're willing to give you a steal for that vehicle (which they won't because the car doesn't belong to them in the first place), then I wouldn't purchase a brand new high performance sports car with that many miles...
what I would do in your case, since the contract that you signed really has no value, is take your trade back, and go shop elsewhere....I would rather drive a little distance, and then purchase a vehicle elsewhere and drive it back and break it in at the same time...
