OK, does any one have ANY recipes for zucchini other than cake, bread, shredded pancakes, fried rounds? A neighbor left a "gift basket" of 5 more zucchinis for me. I already had 4

I tried pawning them off on others but no one will take em. Any ideas on what to do with them?
